Methodology
“SOUMEN’S WORKOUT” is a NO MACHINE ZONE which implies that we strictly don't believe in any kind of machines. Our workouts are designed without any machines, supplements, and therapies or dieting. With the NO MACHINE ZONE tag, we don't mean either only Aerobics or only yoga. Our workout consists of part of Yoga, Aerobics, Pelletizes, stretching exercises, power exercises, cardio-exercises, as well as Soumen’s innovative exercises for which he has got his copyright.
We are very much customized. It is totally designed according to the nature of fat, your age and intensity of exercises, like:-
• For the age of 7 the intensity of the exercise will be different from that of the age of 20’s. Also, the same is applicable for the clients of age group 30’s or 60’s, the intensity of the exercise will also be different.
• Workouts are designed in a customized manner, supposing a client’s tummy or thighs consists of loose fat, another client might have a tight one, the other to have a sagged one. We differentiate the nature of fat and accordingly design the workout.
SOUMEN’S Ways of Workout
• Every day we do have a Topic. It may be cheeks, upper abdomen, middle abdomen
and upper thighs, hamstrings, etc.
• Next day our topic changes. Double chin with lower abdomen, side thighs and inner
thighs.
• The third day the topic may be only for your back and hips.
• The fourth day again the topic goes for cheek, upper abdomen, middle abdomen, upper
thighs and hamstrings.
• The idea to change the workout everyday is basically for the reason that if you do the
same workout every day, the body becomes immune to the exercise but if you change the workout everyday the fat goes off very fast and body does not get accustomed to it.
