Soumen's workout / fitness workout center, without machines, is the state of art slimming centre, renowned since last 12 years for fat reduction through physical workout. It is basically through exercises which are designed in such a way that it reduces fat from each and every part of the body. We are basically into workout which is tailored made from the age of 7 years up to the age of 80’s. So we design the workout according to ones requirement. We are strongly against machines, supplements, therapies and strict dieting. One has to just attend an hour's class sincerely. We operate 6 days a week i.e., 26 classes in a month with 26 different programs. We change the workout programs regularly, as a result of which body does not get accustomed to the workout, hence giving fast and better results, which is Soumen’s USP.
Soumen’s Speak
Most people who have undergone dieting knows it well that how it feels. After few weeks, the weight loss hits a plateau i.e., the process of weight loss comes to stagnancy and there after nothing can let you reduce any more. Actually, the body gets accustomed to the diet and exercise regime making further weight loss impossible. The only solution to this problem is to vary the dieting and change exercise routine. It is my suggestion that before going on a diet, it is imperative to consult a dietician. Too much dieting is counter productive and leads to long term ailments. Invest in a calorie chart.
Counting calories is a sensible way to effective diet. A fitness expert should be consulted before starting out on an exercise regime. Keep varying the workout, for instance: if one needs to loose excess fats from the abdomen, a gap of 24 hours between routines is a must.
Methodology
Soumen's workout is a NO MACHINE ZONE which implies that we strictly don't believe in any kind of machines. Our workouts are designed without any machines, supplements, therapies or dieting. With the NO MACHINE ZONE tag, we don't mean either Aerobics.
